Your introductory message
The contact page prepares a draft in your own email application. The website does not submit or store the details you enter. You decide whether to send the email. Information you send is handled by the email services involved and can be used by Brianna to respond to your inquiry.
Do not include Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in an introductory email. Arrange how to share any necessary details directly with Brianna.
Website technology
This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics, or account registration. It is built for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When hosted there, Cloudflare may process technical information, such as your IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Links and downloads
Links to Medicare.gov and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The introduction letter is a downloadable PDF. Telephone links open your device’s calling application; email links open your email application.
